1. Agreement to Terms

• The Company relies on the security and authentication practices of the third-party provider (e.g., Google).

• By submitting User Content, you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, distribute, and create derivative works of your User Content in connection with the operation of the Service.
• You represent and warrant that the User Content is either owned by you or that you have the right to grant the license set forth above.

5. Termination

5.1 Company's Right to Terminate

The Company may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation a breach of the Terms.

5.2 Effects of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or follow the account deletion process provided on the Service. All provisions of the Terms which, by their nature, should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Mumbai, India, or through an alternative dispute resolution method agreed upon by the parties.

9. Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
